Comment: I have no idea either xDDD There's a switch you can turn on and when you push it back and forth [the cactus is like a bobblehead and wiggles], it says stuff really fast in Japanese...everything it says sounds the same to me, but apparently it says different phrases and stuff? I dunno xD
