materials :: Minky, wool felt, vinyl, safety eyes, embroidery floss, wire, plastic pellets

notes :: "Little brother" type for Sargon and Ashurbanipal. And he is named for a different historical figure than "Billy Ray". ^_~ His wings aren't crooked, they're poseable and I didn't notice they were bent.
